Hungry pup

My 1 1/2 year old Saint Bernard has a developmental arthritis problem in his front leg. The vet suggested he lose 20 pounds to ease the strain on that leg. So we have reduced the amount of healthy weight kibble he gets and he is always hungry. Now we are supplementing with green beans and carrots to help get him through the day.
