Upgrade...

on the flight from Belfast to London.  The only problem was that we sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours because all the systems in Heathrow were down!    The pilot was very good at keeping us updated and we did get drinks and snacks!   I knew I would miss my connecting flight!

However, at Heathrow I saw that the flight to Joburg was also delayed due to the same systems outage!  So I got the flight....
