After My Nuts!

Early this morning I spotted this squirrel climbing up our rear garden bird feeder, and the extra shows how it managed to get to the nuts! I've never seen a squirrel at our garden before so it was a bit of a surprise. We get loads of pheasants on a daily basis that seem happy to go for the sunflower seeds dropped by the garden birds,

This afternoon I travelled to the eldest son's house to watch the Coventry City v Cardiff City FC match on tv. Cardiff played well and took a 1-2 lead but a very dubious penalty decision (even the commentator agreed) saw us draw 2-2.

We're off out tonight for a cheap and cheerful meal and drink. I'll enjoy a Sunday morning lay in before putting up some Christmas window lights - well it is 1st December!
