Craobhan
I was awake and breakfasted in time for Parkrun but felt unmotivated and so stayed in bed and did a tricky sudoku instead.
Once up we went into town and visited the annual Christmas Tree Festival which is always fun, enjoyed a cup of tea and home baking and bought some stocking fillers. We then pottered around the shops, including the new art gallery which is lovely.
Back home I did some Gaelic but felt tired so retreated to my bed with my book (There are Rivers in the Sky by Eli Shafek) and read and dozed.
I'm really enjoying the book - I have 100 pages left and I am torn between wanting to find out how the three narratives which are woven through the book come together and savouring the writing.
