Rolls Royce Rolling Pin Relic

This was my mum's rolling pin from the 1960s. BrambleBlossom is doing a clean up and clear out starting with the kitchen, and as I have never used it this is in line for passing on. First offer is to my sister, but I suspect it will be leaving us soon.

The rolling pin is strange to me with corks in the ends allowing it to be filled with water, cold I think.  Who would have thought Pyrex made these.
