After the race

Woke up, the back didn't feel too bad, so off we went to Newnham Park.
We ran, I stayed on my feet, despite very slippery mud, and we finished.
It was a minute and a half slower than last time, but we did go wrong on the course at one point and I hadn't trained properly for a fortnight.
Decided not to push my luck with my back so pulled out of tomorrows run.
