Eczema

Not a pretty picture but I just feel I have to record this part of my life in my journal. In August I got a small red spot on my left hand. It was itchy and was spreading. I was getting something similar on my ears and scalp so I made an appointment to see a doctor who referred to Dermatology.

Since then I've had antibiotics, anti-virals, fungicides and then I began using various creams instead of soap for washing and soothing.

Now the rash has covered the backs of both my hands and is spreading up my arms beyond the elbows. The itching of my arms and scalp makes getting to sleep difficult.

I see the dermatologist a week on Monday. There! I've documented it.
