Thirty-six

This was one of my Beverley bookshop purchases and has taken me a while to read. Term-time really slows my reading rate down at the moment. I enjoyed it. Spotted the villain fairly early on but I invested in the characters. I finished it off this afternoon having read after Bailey’s breakfast.

Once Bailey was walked first thing, I headed into town to return an order and have a bit of a wander but no purchases. I did get a couple of tester pots of paint and have finally determined that the darkest option is too dark for the hall. Decision made and paint to be bought, maybe tomorrow or in the week. It’ll be another painting job I do in stages, I think. There was also an afternoon sleep after walking Bailey round the big block.
