Waste

This is the perching stool which the NHS ordered from a local firm to be delivered to our home when Terry had his second hip replacement earlier this year. He didn't need it and never used it but they won't take them back and instruct us to take the items to the tip.
It's a criminal waste of money.
I thought my Mum might find it useful but on second thoughts, it would probably be a trip hazard in her bathroom as there is not much space. I was hoping someone would want it rather than send it to the tip but Terry is now using it in the garage workshop at the workbench! He didn't want to wast it so he came up with an idea to make use of it.
I am not sure how long it will prove useful but it is doing at present.
