Cormorants

We spent our morning checking out the wildlife around Sutton Lake this morning.

With the temperatures having taken a drastic drop, there wasn’t much to be seen, but it was a nice day to be outside. It was certainly cold but the sun through the glass of the ATV was warm.

One thing of interest we saw today was a coyote making a dash for a red tailed hawk that was on the ground at the time.

We also stopped and talked with a fellow that was bow hunting deer. He had come out of the marsh as he’d gotten a leak in one of his wellies and was waiting on his buddy that was also bow hunting.

We stopped on the way home and I got what I needed for my Christmas baking as I’ve decided what I’m making for the guys that are working this year. That dictates what everyone else will get! :D

We had thanksgiving leftovers for lunch and then took it easy before I did my MS Balance Training.

Have turned in early as tired after two busy days.
