Goosey Goosey Gander

I believe this is a Greylag pair.  Though I don't know much about geese so could be making that up!  Funnily enough I always thought the brown one was the boy, but you can see on her neck where he's been holding her down to mate.  Clearly the white is the male! 

Azzy and I went to the recycling centre with a load of rubbish this morning, then stopped at the off leash park/pond area for a coffee before heading into work for a few hours.  It ended up being a few too many hours, but the tail end of the year is always like this for us teachers. 

Only a week and a half now until my summer break starts. I try really hard to not "count it down" because I always feel if I come at it with that attitude the kids don't really get the best of my teaching - but we can guarantee they're counting it down!!
