Cows in the field

It was a grey day and I went to my usual classes.  First a sprint cycle class followed by coffee with a friend.  We then both went to a Pilates class.  Unfortunately it was a different teacher who taught a class that quickly moved through short routines set at fairly high standards.  It didn't really suit me but the usual teacher is back next week.

After this it was a return home and time mainly spent on the computer.  I took this shot later in the afternoon of the local cows.  It seems they are not being limited to such small strips of the field to graze this year.
