Capture

Vole hunter.

Stunning afternoon and obviously I loved it but the vole didn't. Lovely to have the owl get his supper because the nights are cold and the sometimes high wind makes it so difficult for them to hunt.

It honestly doesn't get any better. I still have an SD card (2000+) I haven't' downloaded but it's Strictly tonight. 

I would like to add what pure joy it was this afternoon to have a wild short-eared owl sitting on a wall, quite clearly knowing I was there so very very close.
