Giraffes in Scarves

A very frosty morning, and another very busy day in the office. So much to do, and so little time to do it.

I escaped for a wee while at lunchtime, and had a walk around the block, before it was back to the grindstone.

We worked late again, and I thought I would take advantage of late night shopping to pick up a parcel, only to find the shop was closed. I kept going to Hotel Chocolat to pick up a few things, but it was shut too. It was starting to rain, so I thought I would go into Boots, but it too was shut. I had over twenty minutes to kill, so walked along to Waterstones, and guess what, it was also closed.

I kept walking to fill my time, and got on my bus near Haymarket. TT had a fridge raider tea ready for me when I got home.

I walked past these giraffes at lunchtime, it was still very cold, so they will have been grateful for their scarves.
