Cat, Sunbathing

It's about time they took that scaffolding down said mrsfb as we walked past the workhouse, now aka the care home. Maybe we should ask the cat for an opinion.

A typically quiet Sunday, so not much to report. We had an Ocado delivery, a walk down to the shops in the sunshine and a nice Skype with daughter#2,. Also our rather basic 'traditional' Advent Calendar was delivered, no doubt it will feature on here some day soon.

In other news I finished reading Small Things Like These. A super book, I understand and appreciate the film a lot more now.

I forgot to say yesterday that we received our first Christmas card. I've taken my Father's Day cards down now, they had a good run.
