Blowing in the wind…

After so much rain lately, it felt like a small victory to finally get something out on the washing line. Sprouts’ blanket got its turn in the sun today.

There’s something so satisfying about watching the washing blow in the wind, the fabric stretching and shifting like it’s alive. The sun was weak, but it was enough. The fresh air worked its magic, and when I brought the blanket inside, it carried that unmistakable smell of outdoors—clean, crisp, and just a little wild.

It’s such a simple thing, but on days like this, when the weather gives you a break, even a drying dog blanket feels like a small piece of joy.

Here’s to more days like this—and to less rain!
