One Street

A visit to my GP this morning to discuss my shoulder x-ray, which was taken on 30 September! It seems I have two severely damaged rotator cuffs. I was told previously that both rotator cuffs never fail at the same time; clearly, they do! I have some strong gel to apply three times a day as well as taking Paracetamol three times a day and I am to have some physiotherapy. My physiotherapy appointment is Thursday 19 December 2024.
 
Then went shopping to get some stuff needed to give us extra light while we sort out the electricity problem.
