It's been a quiet day with most of the afternoon spent in the kitchen making a big pot of chilli. 

I thought I'd try chef Gary Townsend's recipe that was in The Herald the other weekend. It's going to be hotter than my usual results...

I was sorry to see Montell and Johannes voted off Strictly last night. I have voted for them every week.
