After a cava breakfast (allowed as its Carols birthday) we took the train to the beautiful whitewashed town of Tavira for a birthday lunch. The best fish I’ve had for a while, grilled sea bass with a nice Vino Verde to go with it. We had a holiday in Tavira about 20 years ago and neither of us can remember a thing about it…odd as it’s such a lovely place.
