End of an era

I learnt the hard way that I lose or forget keys really easily. Unless they are all together in a bunch. Apart from one incident where someone mistook my bunch of keys for their own, (which is not bad going over the four decades of adult life I've been doing this) as a system it's served me very well all these years. Maybe occasional holes in jeans pockets incidents?

Today, I've officially removed these two church keys from my bunch of keys as the new ones I was issued with last week are now working on the main doors at church. 

Alas, the main new key is ridiculously similar to my new house key, (the one casualty of the aforementioned incident) the other new key is almost identical to my other house key, and I'm having moments of wondering why I can't get in either place before I remember... 

So, these two are about to be consigned to the Box of Ancient Keys which probably should go to metal recycling at some point.
