Peppermint Fudge

After a week of being busy all day every day, I took things extra slow today.

I just messed about in the morning and my big endeavor in the afternoon was making a test batch of peppermint fudge. It’s the first time I’ve made this recipe. Happy with the results so will make more as part of my Christmas baking
