Bittersweet…

This is the amazing PFND mum .
Doreen has dementia, she is now non verbal and cannot stand . She still recognises people sometimes… PFND did a tiny party for her mums birthday.. I am pleased to report that Doreen smiled a lot and also she gripped hold of my hands quite often .. I miss Doreen so much .. I miss her telling me off and then sucking her teeth at me for being a pest … I miss her flirting with Jim who she absolutely adored .
This is the cruellest disease ever .
