Not as showy as the male I know but her back feathers are lovely. 

Thank you so much for the sympathy on my irritating insomnia. I'm happy to say that I performed much better last night. It's  a common complaint and it's nice to know that I'm in such good company. 

The personal shopping experience yesterday went well. Except that my appointment seemed to have been cancelled. It didn't really matter as I piled in with my daughter and we had a lovely time trying on various outfits. She was very keen to get a jumpsuit. The stylist brought a couple and I knew straight away that she really liked one in a beautiful teal shade. It looks great on her though I'm not sure how warm it'll be in January. Blips will follow I'm sure. If you need an outfit for a special occasion and don't know where to start I'd recommend a session at John Lewis. 

I struggled my way through yoga afterwards. I was glad to be doing it remotely as there was a lot of groaning from me! 

I made a banana loaf this morning. It's tasty but a bit too sweet. I seem to be managing a slice though. I had a (very) small win on the premium bonds today.  Gratifying. 

I'll soon be setting off for Glasgow and a couple of after school hours with my grandson. Looking forward to hearing his news.
