14:25. Golden light………..

………….on the way home from collecting a parcel I had ordered at one of our local Post Offices this afternoon.Stephen took a detour so I could take a photo.
The low sun created this beautiful golden light, catching the trees and hedgerows.
The chiropodist came this morning. She does both mine and Stephen’s.
It feels so good afterwards!
Then my sister phoned on FaceTime from Knaresborough about the arrangements and times for their visit here for the day tomorrow,
We are going to lunch at a pub just around the corner,
Looking forward to that,
Arranged one or two more bits and pieces of Christmas décor before lunch.
Now at 16:20 the light has almost gone leaving the icy blue light with a slight orange pink at the edge of the horizon.
At 17:00 I am joining in the French session for a bit, with Thierry and two others, See how I get on.
I’ve told him I may only stay for an hour, out of the 90 minutes, as I get more tired in the evenings at the moment.
I won’t be in the loft room but using the dining table.
Well time to go and switch on the fire we have in there. We tend to use the front room only in the winter, The back on faces north and has the large patio window,
I’ll catch up with your blips at some point.
Our friend is coming for her tea as usual today, She gets here around 18:30.
