Petworth

Particulary wet and dull day and HB and i got cabin fever after a long morning in the house and came for a wander around Petworth.   We thought about a little visit to the bijou art gallery there but didn’t fancy the art on show.   So went to our favourite,  Petworth Antiques but managed to escape without purchasing.  Home for tea and then V took her over to Guildford to avoid replacement bus service and picked up @xtoph1 and brought him back for supper.  Joined by Jono and Sue who has broken two ribs in a sailing accident.  Supper was venison stew followed by apple and blueberry crumble.  Both Nigel Slater and both very good!
