battery change for Christmas !

Done for Tiny Tuesday challenge, theme is "Still life with tiny objects"

I needed to get ready for a Christmas lunch with some friends at the rugby club. I was looking for a Christmas tie, I had a couple from years ago that played a Christmas tune or two and flashed a red light. Of course they were not working as it must be about 20 plus years ago when I got them. So todays image of the 2 tie units now working after a bit of soldering, filing and new batteries :-) Hope to rig them up for tomorrows Christmas Steampunk party  :-)
The Christmas lunch was wonderful and to finish we had "Pieces of eight " a male harmony group who sounded superb :-) Wendy and John who were at out table celebrate their Diamond Wedding anniversary on Thursday, so it was an early treat for them.
