Coincidence

I decided a couple of days ago that today there would be a weather window which would allow me to put up the long section of Christmas lights on the front of the house. I didn't count on this morning's frost and minus 2C temperatures, not exactly conducive  for fiddly jobs and cold fingers, so I did a Tesco run while things warmed up and managed to have the lights in place by late afternoon. They will need to be secured before windy weather arrives at the weekend, and switched on in a few days time. A coincidence as the first Christmas card arrived in today's post.
