Flame Violet

Not too much colour in the gardens now but there are plenty of colourful house plants for sale in the garden centres.

These very bright, hairy leaves caught my attention when I was in Dobbies, Braehead, having lunch with my pals from our former patchwork class. Not my favourite place for lunch but it's easily accessed by us all. The garden centre is vast but there is just no atmosphere ..... just too much space.
