Selecting a strong image!!

What I like about BlipFoto is that it encourages you to select just one strong image from a day's shooting.  This is not always an easy task, so today I have selected two images, the key image I judge to be the stronger of the two.  I wonder to you agree?

The key image of Illustris is moored in Portavogie Harbour and is currently awaiting a major engine overhaul, which will cost in the region of £80,000.  The extra image is photographed dredging at the mouth of the same harbour.

Which is the stronger image?
