Be still

Very calm weather today and this was taken on a walk with an old friend, we then went back to her house fot tea and cake. By the time we left there it was raining.
The morning was extra busy with Keepfit, a meeting about active travel and doing the shopping. This evening has been our prayer meeting, preceded by a fairly lengthy phonecall about some issues that we are trying to resolve. An initial plan has been formulated.
