Quite a few jobs and then yoga completed before breakfast then a riverside walk with Bramble which included a few minutes watching a dipper forage for food .

The Carol Ann Duffy poetry is new to me , a gift from a friend yesterday who had two copies on his book shelf . We spent a lovely , long day with our friends John and Jenny , we were shocked to find we haven’t seen one another for over a year .We really enjoy getting together so will try harder to make it happen.
The book , Away with the Penguins, has been a good night time read , I shall be lending this copy out as I’ve a few friends who I think will also enjoy it .
It’s been a day of pottering and attempting to get some advent decorations up .
