La vida de Annie

¿Qué carajo?

Loki doesn't understand why his sensitive ears are being assaulted by the building noise at the back. I tried playing "calming music for dogs" on Alexa but he just got alarmed and searched everywhere for where the unusual sound was coming from. The weather has turned dire and it's a constant battle to dry things, so today I threw in the towel (so to speak) and agreed to purchase a tumble dryer - I've resisted this in the past, citing sunshine and fresh breezes as an eco alternative. We went to Mahon and after an argument over brand reasoned discussion settled on a model reduced by 100 euros in the Black/Cyber thingy "sale". They initially said it couldn't be delivered until Thursday but after a phone call announced it will come tomorrow afternoon instead. As there is nowhere in kitchen or bathroom to put the thing, we'd decided to have it on the outdoor partially-covered terrace, currently housing an assortment of plants, dead and alive, and their pots, some in disrepair. My job on getting home was to sort out that mess and create a useable space, which actually looks a whole lot better now. The digger is still clanging away in the rain, the operator snug inside his little cabin.
