New Yarns

Hectic day at my desk organising for a media day tomorrow. Reluctantly skipped swimming as I was still working.

A spot of knitting late evening to unwind with the Aran yarn (cream with blue flecks at top of photo). The new 4mm needles are metal and click (I’m used to bamboo needles) so that’s different. I like the texture of the Aran, it’s a Yorkshire spinners wool, and should make for a nice blanket.

Looking forward to knitting with the chunky twist too. Chose this colour to knit my dad a scarf.
