We spent the day on the beach today... Fantastic! We had our own private lifeguard at Peters Point. In a few weeks this place will be mobbed.

One of the great things about living in Scotland - the kids break up 3 weeks earlier than over 90% of the UK population, so everywhere in England is quiet and much much cheaper.

Another shot taken on 35mm with my Canon Powershot A1 waterproof camera. The lifeguard was impressed with it and the fact that it floats.. he said that waterproof digital cameras all sink, which is a poor show ... all that technology and a simple thing like bouyancy hasn't been built in! He did ask how film cameras work .. he was quite young.
