Some progress has been made since last week but not as much as had been anticipated. The combination of the really cold weather and then snow has meant that work involving cement has paused.

I slept well last night and enjoyed both my walk to yoga this morning through the snow (which is showing limited signs of melting) and the class itself.

My Gaelic Conversation Circle in which we get put in pairs for 10 mins, then another pair and so lead to speaking about Christmas plans, welsh syntax compared to Gaelic,  poetry, placenames, and course structures. This was followed by weekly meeting with my Caraid Canan (language buddy) which I'd rescheduled from Monday.  This too touched upon poetry, specifically that of Meg Bateman. All good practice for next  weeks oral assessments in which we speak in pairs on a topic we don't beforehand - although it is likely to me more mundane (Christmas or Holiday plans)
