A bit of brightness

It's been similar weather as yesterday.  The sun shone for seconds then disappeared behind clouds.  

Made a pasta sauce with vegetables and black beans for two nights' dinners.

Someone planted the marigolds on the verge.  They brighten up a dull day. 

Walked Kyro to a circle of green space in a close nearby.  While the hound was sniffing about a woman asked if she could say hello to him.  We chatted and she too was on her third greyhound.  

Fellow greyhound owners are always ready to talk about their greyhounds.  We have experiences, knowledge and advice to share on their care and well-being.  It's its own community.

Managed to fit in some drawing after lunch.  By 3pm the light was dimming calling a halt to drawing for today.  Progress is steady.  I will post the finished result.

This week has just disappeared.  It only seems like Monday was yesterday.
