We walked into Chester for breakfast at Gail’s. I had porridge with almond butter and berries, it was the best I have had. Then a walk through the quiet streets and the buildings are so beautiful and old.
Headed home and called into the garden centre for a Christmas tree, currently sitting in the stand and water ready to decorate over the weekend.
Got wet coming back from Sainsburys and then even wetter when out for walk with Hetty.
We have had a lovely short trip and now feel very Christmassy.
