Abstract Thursday

I had some fun with this blip for Ingeborg's "no theme" AT challenge this week.

The work on our box-room-to-shower-room conversion is going well - the lads doing it are very friendly and work hard and carefully. They're now busy cladding the walls with marble-effect cladding so I took a photo of some of it and subjected it to a fair bit of Photoshop abuse. So it's not actually this colour - phew! (it's actually white with light grey swirls) but by the time I'd messed with it (duplicating it on layers etc etc) I quite like the "science fiction" effect I ended up with - could it be a portal to another world...?!

I'm still working on Day 2 of my Iceland photos so it'll be another day or two before I upload another backblip from last week.

And finally - it's already the first week in December so - yes, you guessed it! - this Saturday is another hosted Silly Saturday in memory of Admirer. My Editor and I will host again this time so please make us giggle - or even laugh out loud! The tags are SilSDec2024 and/or Sils427.
