Friary Fields

An adjacent door to this one bears the marks of the battering ram which was used recently to open it.  This one is always dressed in some way and the autumnal display has turned to a winter one.  I love the effort that goes into things like this. My own efforts to decorate my entrance way with a changing anything never become a habit.

I chose to walk at lunchtime today instead of a dip.  Yvonne wasn't t disappointed and it was not the best of mornings.  I joined a workplace walk and spoke briefly with our newest apprentice who is 16. Probably terrifying for her so tried to reign it in
