Barnsley Hospital

I saw the consultant yesterday afternoon.  A new possible diagnosis and like the last one, that turned out not to be the case, the same maybe true for this new diagnosis.  If the drugs work then it’s probably is …

A long and tiring afternoon.  We set off just as the rain came down heavily.  I was last on the list for the afternoon and actually very lucky to be there as there had been a cancellation. I also had to have an X-ray done, so by the time we left the hospital it was 5.15 and then home for 6.  I was absolutely shattered.  Fortunately I’d ordered pasta salad, green salad and smoked mackerel on my last Tesco order so my tea was easy to prepare.

I’m told that the meds will act very quickly if the prognosis is the right one.
