Frost feathers before sunrise

The old double windows let in some damp between the frames and that gave frost feathers in cold weather. These new triple glazed windows are totally sealed and so these frost feathers are on the outside. These windows haven't let out enough warmth to melt them away which seems a good sign! (Later it warmed up to -2°C and the feathers went.)
It was a full day including a drive to Sundsvall on the rather lovely back road (extra). The trip included that giant Swedish furniture store and some charity shops. We finished the day with a delicious pizza at DOC's, together with Lasse and Annika, who we haven't seen for ages. By the time we were home again we both felt pretty tired so blips were postponed till the next day!
