At the Foodbank today

Volunteers will work in shifts all over the weekend to provide over 500 Christmas Hampers that will feed 1400 people over Christmas at the Foodbank I volunteer in.

I have chosen mono to provide a window into our work. I double shifted today for nearly five hours work and our small team managed to kick off the weekend with a contribution of over 100 hampers created.

It saddens me to think that in this day and age we have to resort to this. At the same time I am happy I can make a small contribution.
