We did have a red warning by the met office earlier, so I did batten the hatches, but it seems to have been downgraded to a yellow warning now.

Nighttime wildlife video

The new Badger has a look at the swing. He doesn't seem to stay very long when he comes. Unlike the badger family earlier this year who were wandering around my garden most of the night.
He is the only one that is appearing on video at the moment. A few days ago there was a glimpse of a splendid looking fox but he hasn't appeared again yet.

Creative... I meant to take this photo earlier in daylight, and I forgot I have just been out now in the dark, taken a photograph using flash... The flash gives it a bit more colour than you actually see on it in daylight. There must be about 30 or 40 of these earth stars, literally a field of them, it makes me wonder if aliens are going to land... or have landed...
