So, I had an email from support thanking me for reaching out to them. I worry when I hear that phrase as our marketing department used it a lot to mean that nothing was actually going to happen. Unbelievable but they asked me to send photos of all the items I still have in my possession. How that helps them give me a refund for the items I returned escapes me. 

Anyway, I sent them three images, including this one. I didn't get a receipt when the DHL man collected the return as that is done electronically, or not in my case. I have got the doorbell video of him collecting it. I wonder if they will want to see that next. Hopefully not as they already confirmed the items were received.

Not much else to report though we have booked Les Mis and a hotel in London for mrsfb's big birthday in January. The show is on the road at last :-)
