Patterns

A chilly dry start to the day.  I headed to the gym for a water fitness class.  It was an enjoyable class with some Christmas numbers thrown in.  I then returned home to set about various house chores.  The realisation that Christmas is just over 2 weeks away and I need to get cards and presents sorted was just dawning on me.

We had some rain in the afternoon and I had no blip so I decided to maybe take a macro of some pretty stones I had collected on a beach intending to use them when blind cooking pastry.  Not that I have done that for many years but a good excuse to pick some up.  When I photographed them in a bowl of water they didn't give a particularly appealing image so a little tweaking and a twirl improved the look.

Fortunately the rain had eased by the time I left for the camera club, it was a members evening with some interesting presentations. It included someone who had used computer code to produce sounds that represented the visual image of the photograph.
