Extra (moan) - after paying a small fortune to park in the first place, did my wheels a few inches outside the parking box really warrant a £100 fine???  Still, I can make use of the re-usable envelope apparenlty - what for a wonder?  Apologies if any Edinburgh councillors on blip - no offence intended!
