In Monmouth for a writers' meeting - got home before the rain started. Wind getting up now as we head off to bed. Got the national Red alert on our phones earlier - the coming storm is forecast to be a bad one - all outdoor events cancelled tomorrow and people advised to stay at home. It is due to kick off in the middle of the night.
