Real Rio Vibe!

First full day and both hard at work at our respective desks after a nice breakfast out at Cafeina.

The big task on arrival is to get our cheap Android phones, which we use on the street, set up with SIM cards and What's App connection so that we can contact each other at any moment when we are apart here.

Our local Claro shop didn't have anyone who could do it, and the one in Rio Sul shopping centre put up all sorts of admin barriers to stop it being done. Luckily, the competitor Vivo shop did it all without problems and our mission, which looked to be turning into a week long slog, was accomplished.  Lovely dinner here in old favourite Real Chopp . . . such a nice welcome!
