Howling Wind
Super windy overnight. The ice shelf now extends further out into the lake, possibly 50' or so, and beyond that it was still quite choppy water. The rocks along the shore and 10' inland were caked in ice, making it treacherous underfoot.
I liked the icicles on this willow branch and decided it made good foreground interest for my shot. I took two frames, this one focusing in the distance and a second on the foreground. However, the sun was out in this frame, so I went with it, even though the branch is a little soft.
