Why

No rain today. Or none that can be counted, compared to what we're all used to.

Tonight was the correct date for a lovely dinner out. Only spoilt slightly by the very long wait between asking for, getting and being able to pay the bill. Why do restaurants do that? I've had a lovely time, a lovely meal and now I want to go home (or elsewhere). Making me wait isn't going to make me spend any more money, it will just annoy me.

Grump over. It was a brilliant evening.
